About the event

I guess deep down, we all like to think we are fair, non-judgemental and unbiased in our decision-making, ideas and thinking. We want to believe that we treat people equally, kindly and with respect. We are filled with positive motives, a genuine desire to be inclusive, and we have every good intention towards those with whom we interact on a daily basis.

And yet, as David Rock from the Neuroleadership Institute points out...

"If you have a brain, you are biased".

We are wired for bias. We are wired for making snap judgements and knee-jerk reactions...it is how our brain keeps us safe. Or at least, how our brain kept us safe in times when sabre tooth tigers roamed the earth.

Come and spend an hour exploring how our biases show-up in everyday situations...and how we can begin to make more conscious choices that will lead us to fairer, less…
