CULTURE REVIEWS.png

The word 'culture' is becoming increasingly prevalent in our everyday language when discussing effective and inclusive working environments.  Organisations are sometimes singled out as having a 'bad' or 'damaging' culture, and we even hear the term 'culture of fear' used to describe challenging, restrictive and non-developmentally focussed environments.

  • But do we really understand the term 'culture'?

  • And how do we really know when our culture is 'good', 'effective' or 'inclusive'?

Opus 29 believes that culture can be simply defined as 'the way we do things around here' and also recognised the importance of knowing how, and where, your organisation is excelling or needs to focus attention.

An Opus 29 Culture Review will help you to better appreciate how well your people appreciate your organisational vision and values, and to understand how, and where, your people bring your values to life.  The review will enable you to celebrate your successes and allow you to focus in on any areas where further development is required.  Opus 29 can then also support you in translating the recommendations of the review into behavioural and cultural shifts.
