About the event
Informed by MBA and PhD research, this 90 minute nudge session will introduce a number of academically informed change models to provide insight into some interesting areas of the field. From Lewin (the 'godfather of change) to Fullan, Kotter and Heath - this session will explore a number of common and contrasting themes that can be identified and observed.
Building on these themes, the session will then share the practical '5 steps to driving change' model that has been developed by Jane and can be applied to individual, organisational or cultural contexts. This model is offered as a tool to guide practice and thinking, rather than a construct to be applied in a linear or verbatim manner...the session will reflect this approach and seek to stimulate ideas, reflections and new ways of working.
Whether you are an individual wanting to change something about your own situation; a manager seeking inspiration to help shift team behaviour at work; or an everyday leader looking to drive a slow, steady cultural shift...this session is for you.
See you on 28th May...?
